The 184th annual National Convention was hosted by Alpha Psi Delta at the University of Colorado in Boulder Colorado from July 30 thru August 2, 2025. The site and the weather were spectacular as the city of Boulder sits right at the base of the Flatiron Mountains. This Convention had the highest attendance of undergrads at just under 200 members. The alumni attendance raised the total number to almost 400 people, a new record for a Convention. The Alpha Rho contingent included 9 undergraduates and 5 alumni, our largest contingent ever (except at our own Conventions)!!

Of course, the highlight for the Rho contingent was the very last event of the Convention, the awarding of the Thayer Trophy as the best Alpha in the Chi Psi network!! 

Alpha Rho also won in 1957, 2007, and 2009, so it has been a long time coming, and well deserved. Post award, the Rho contingent broke into a rendition of the Rutgers alma mater.

Lastly, it should be noted that the Rho Boys concluded their acceptance by dedicating the Thayer
to one person – our esteemed Alpha Advisor – Brother Matthew Albert. Congratulations!!
